By using Rajando, you accept these Terms of Use. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Rajando application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations of the Argentine Republic. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Rajando is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers for transportation services. We are not a transportation company nor do we employ drivers. We act as a technology intermediary.
3. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to: • Provide truthful and updated information • Use the service legally and responsibly • Not use the service for illegal activities • Maintain the confidentiality of your account • Respect drivers and other users • Comply with traffic and coexistence rules
4. Prohibited Conduct
It is prohibited to: • Create fake accounts or use third-party identity • Interfere with the app's operation • Attempt to access restricted areas • Use the service to harass, discriminate or harm others • Transport illegal substances • Manipulate fares or the rating system • Use the service for unfair competition
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights over the app, brand, logo, design and content belong to Rajando. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rajando is not responsible for: • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages • Loss of income or data • Acts or omissions of drivers or riders • Service interruptions due to external causes • Linked third-party content Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rajando, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction. Applicable law is that of the Argentine Republic.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Perfil → ELIMINAR CUENTA) or by email, following the instructions on our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
