Driver Policy

These rules apply to all drivers who use the Rajando platform.

1. Standards of Conduct

As a Rajando driver, you must: • Treat all riders with respect • Keep a clean vehicle in good condition • Respect traffic rules • Not discriminate based on origin, gender, religion or orientation • Maintain appropriate language • Not smoke or consume substances during the ride

2. Prohibitions

It is strictly prohibited to: • Accept rides outside the app • Request additional cash payments • Contact riders outside the service • Share your account with third parties • Manipulate the rating system • Systematically cancel rides • Use rider information for external purposes

3. Account Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your account if: • You repeatedly violate these terms • You receive multiple rider complaints • Your documentation expires or is invalid • You commit illegal acts during service • You present false documentation If you wish to voluntarily delete your driver account, you can do so in the app (Perfil → ELIMINAR CUENTA) or see our account deletion page.

4. Penalties

Violations may result in: • Formal warning • Temporary suspension (7-30 days) • Permanent suspension • Report to authorities if applicable

5. Rating System

Your rating is calculated based on: • Rider ratings • Ride acceptance rate • Cancellation rate • Incident reports Maintain a rating above 4.5 to continue operating.
